  There was on ignition also two warnings in spanish on the dashboard. Since we don't know any spanish we didn't understand it fully more then it had with washer fluid and tyre pressure to do with. These messages were of course visable also for the driver that delivered the car to us. On the gas station we checked the pressure and three tyres had about 1,5 bar and one 2,7 bar. We adjusted the pressure appropietly and continued driving. After maybe 15 minutes the warning returned and since we'd reached steeper roads up the mountains we were a bit worried. After a new check the tyre pressure were OK and we continued despite the warning message. This happened twice more and both times we stopped and checked at the next possible station and the tyre pressure was intact. Later the warning message turned red and stated we had a flat tyre and must not continue to drive, even though we didn't have a flat tyre. Since the roads in the mountains are steep and narrow this was no good experience at all.

  I can recommend Vanrell. Fresh car. I got it delivered on time to hotel by friendly lad (60 EUR to Camp De Mar). The only drawback was that they forget to pick up car on time. It stayed a front of hotel till late afternoon - they were supposed collect it in the morning.

  On collection, the car was quite scratched and had a large dent in the side which had not been marked on the rental agreement. The agent made it seem an inconvenience for him at having to mark it on the paperwork. Inside the car was filthy, and had clearly not been cleaned for a while. Surprisingly it also did not have aircon. When we dropped it off, we parked it in the correct area and had actually been directed to a parking bay by an Vanrell agent, however, when we had checked in and gone through customs at the airport, we received a voicemail saying they couldn't find the car! We tried to return the call, and also rang the office numbers - none of which were answered. We spent a very anxious journey home, worrying about what had happened to the car. This morning, we rang the office from the UK and were told that the car had been located and was back out on rental! Yet nobody had bothered to let us know to stop us worrying. All in all our experience was with a rude, unprofessional and uncaring company!

  Fantastic rental company- absolutely no hassle. Booked online, didn't have to leave a deposit, could even pay by cash if preferred.

  Car was delivered with no baby seat (even though agreed upon), barely no fuel, no washer fluid and low tire pressure. Not worth it.

  The car was delivered with close to no fuel at all and since we are not local we didn't know closest gas station or if we would even make it out of the parking lot. Very strange that the arrangement is that "one should leave the car with the same amount of fuel that it had on delivery". How on earth are we to plan the fuel usage without having to fill the tank on every gas station? Isn't it more common sense to deliver the car with full tank and demand filled tank in return?! This is very bad service and very strange arrangement.

  Very bad experience. Ordered a Mercedes with baby seat but at arrival they didn't bring any baby seat and had to get back to get it. We waited for almost half an hour. The baby seat was only tucked in the back seat and had not been installed, it also lacked two straps for installment. We expected much better from a big and by the hotel recommended car rental service for almost 100 euros...

  Pick up at Palma airport, no queues- took 5 mins max. Brand new ford Fiesta and then dropped off at the same location. would def recommend and use again!!
