  We went half board; breakfast was good but dinners hit and miss. Not worth it. Drinks were not included. The restaurant was massive but at busy times people had to queue to get in. You could also go self-catering which seems better alternative with supermarkets close by.

  The management needs to enforce the " no towels reserving sun beds" rule. Many pool side beds are unoccupied but towel covered for much of the day.

  Holiday complex is close to nearby shops, bars and restaurants, as is the beautiful sandy beach which is only a 10 minute walk away.

  Where do I start?! We arrived here and the room was very basic, that wasn't an issue but we spent a lot of the time searching for a sunbed and the hotel only has fixed sun umbrellas - slightly bothersome with a 5 month old baby. The hotel is advertised a suitable for disabled and families yet is is full of steps and uneven surfaces. Our restaurant was upstairs with no lifts so we had to carry the baby upstairs 3 times daily. The lifts were usually out of order in the blocks with our room in. The hotel also booked a company of 850 members of staff into the complex, offering them a segregated area- this was closed down by police as it was unlicensed. The company were let down and their staff were made to intertwine with other guests and families. This was unfair to all involved. The maids came in 3 times during our stay of 2 weeks, 2 of these were out final 2 days. Finally, I was unable to shower at 7:45am before travelling home. The hotel is a sham - avoid the Hellview at all costs!

  All-inclusive dining was also very good with plenty of food options. Nightly entertainment shows in the centre stage arena were varied, some nights better than others.

  Big apartment with separate kitchen and proper bathroom and large balcony. The complex is massive and well maintained. The staff are very hard working, polite and smiling.

  We came at the end of the season and every where needs a freshen up and minor repairs done. The food, while it is a bit unexciting, is OK but the kitchen staff are very slow to refill empty dishes, fresh food often appearing when the restaurant is about to close?
